Hi, I'm your instructor, Karla.
I'm the founder of the 52 Hike Challenge; a global movement empowering hundreds of thousands of people around the world to get outdoors and take advantage of the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits gained through hiking once a week for a year.
Since our inception, I've led and coordinated over 150 hikes around the US.
